As the lead homepage designer, I regularly concepted and executed the desktop and mobile experiences. Through the exploration of typography and layout, the incorporation of beautiful crops, imagery, and seasonal videos, and a rejuvenated focus on consistency and templatization, we established stronger creative standards and delivered elevated brand storytelling to inspire and engage Pottery Barn customers.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Copy, Inventory, Site Management, and Development, we achieved ou goal in spite of challenges such as technological restraints, tight timelines, inventory shortages, and business-critical strategy pivots.
